The goal isn’t to tell educators what they should do. It’s to help them find the clarity, confidence, resources, and courage to make choices that are right for themselves, their students, and their organizations.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth.
I’m an educator, instructional leader, and coach who believes the people doing the important work of education deserve to feel supported, too.
I spent ten years as a middle school English teacher, followed by five years as an instructional coach, and I now serve as a middle school assistant principal. I also hold a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
I know firsthand how meaningful a career in education can be—and how overwhelming it can sometimes feel. I’ve been where you are. As a coach, I will listen without judgement, ask open-ended questions, and offer support to help you reflect on your own experience and expertise. Your goals, next steps, and wellness are entirely in your hands. You are capable of more than you know.
It is my goal to create a space where you can find your strength, own your purpose, and discover a sense of possibility.
